Meet the Management Team...


Patrick Howard, Business Development


Patrick scouts, analyzes and develops new targets for COL to grow the outpatient imaging business. Patrick is focused on client relationship building and business partnerships for successful physician partnerships and investment opportunities.


David LaFleur, Management


David received a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in Kinesiology. He has been involved with the company since 1998, but began to play a more active role in operations in 2002 when he retired from his professional football career.


Bob Jicks, Managing Member


Bob received a Bachelor of Science in Business administration from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, Tennessee. Bob is a founder of COL Management LLC and has over 20 years of experience in diagnostic imaging.
