COL Management was created in 1997 to own and manage outpatient radiology centers.

In response to a growing need in the medical field to outsource radiology, the two partners had a keen vision that began with one MRI Center in Lake Charles, Louisiana. To date COL Management has grown to 22 facilities covering Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Oregon and California.

Although the primary service offered is MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), other modalities such as PET (Positron Emission Tomography), CT (Computed Tomography),mammography, ultrasound and X-Ray are available at some sites, as dictated by market demands.
